General Terms and Conditions of Sale

By entrusting their laundry to the laundry service, the client declares that they accept our rates and the following general terms and conditions.

In the event of delivery, there is a minimum invoicing amount. This minimum amount is indicated in our price list.

The client submits their laundry with a list. If the laundry service finds any discrepancies, they are noted on this list before the laundry is processed. In the absence of a list, only the laundry service’s count will be considered valid.

Responsibility of the laundry service

The laundry service cannot be held responsible for the colorfastness of the laundry. Colored laundry is treated at the client’s own risk.

However, the laundry service must comply with the care instructions provided by the manufacturer.

It is not responsible for tears that may occur during the washing or ironing of worn items.

Stains that do not come out during normal processing may be subjected to special treatments upon the client’s request and at their own risk.

Thermolactyl fabrics (Damart, etc.) must be provided in a separate bag.

Payment
Payments for all invoices must be made in cash or by the due date indicated on the invoice.
If the invoice is not paid by the due date, interest at 12% per year is automatically applied.
A flat-rate compensation of 15% of the amount, with a minimum of 35 euros, is due for administrative costs.

Complaints regarding invoicing
Any complaints regarding invoicing must reach us within 14 days after the invoice date.

Complaints

Complaints must reach us within 8 days following delivery of the laundry.

The damaged items must be provided with the complaint.

No complaint will be accepted for unpaid invoices.

Compensation in case of loss
If we are responsible for the loss, the compensation will be determined by mutual agreement.
This compensation cannot exceed 10 times the cleaning price nor 50% of the purchase price.

Compensation in case of damage
When an item is damaged due to incorrect processing, the laundry service will have it repaired at its own expense.
Note: accessories such as buttons, decorations, faux leather, or prints are not our responsibility.

Insurance
Clients who entrust items of exceptional value to us must notify us at the time of drop-off.
We charge 10% of the item’s value to cover insurance.

Storage period
The laundry service stores the laundry for 3 months. After this period, any abandoned laundry is donated to charitable institutions.

Dispute
In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction.
