By entrusting his linen to the laundry, the customer declares to accept our price list and the following general conditions.
In case of delivery, there is a minimum charge. This minimum amount is included in our price list.
The customer hands in his laundry with a list. If the laundry finds any discrepancies, they are noted on this list before the laundry is processed. If there is no list, only the laundry’s score will be taken into consideration.
Laundry responsibility: the laundry cannot be held responsible for the color stability of the linen. Colored linen is treated at the customer’s risk. However, the laundry is obliged to follow the care instructions provided by the manufacturer. The laundry is not responsible for any tears that may occur during the washing or ironing of worn items. Stains that do not come out during normal treatment can be subjected to special treatments at the customer’s request and risk. Thermolactyl fabrics (Damart etc.) which, despite their appearance, cannot be treated like normal fabrics must be given in a separate bag.
Payment: All invoices and accounts must be paid either in cash, or at the latest on the due date mentioned on the invoice. If the invoice is not paid on the due date, an interest of 12% per year on the amount is due by right and without prior written notice. The interest is calculated per month and is due for the entire month as soon as the month has begun. In addition, a flat-rate compensation of 15% with a minimum of 35 Euro is due for administrative costs.
Complaints about billing: Any complaints about billing must reach us within 14 days of the billing date.
Complaints: complaints must reach us within 8 days after delivery of the linen.
Complaints about missing parts will only be accepted if these parts are figured on the list and these parts must be described to us. Damaged parts must accompany the complaint. If a complaint is accepted, the laundry has a period of 6 weeks to investigate and provide a solution.
No complaints will be accepted on unpaid bills.
Compensation for loss: If we are responsible for the loss, the compensation will be agreed upon. However, this compensation may not exceed 10 times the cleaning price according to the piece rate, nor 50% of the purchase price, regardless of the value of the part. We also reserve the right to replace the part.
Compensation for damage If a piece is damaged as a result of improper treatment in the laundry, the laundry will repair it at its own expense. If this is not possible, we will compensate you in the same way as for loss. Please note that accessories such as buttons, decorations, imitation leather, prints,… are not our responsibility in case of damage.
Insurance: Customers who entrust us with exceptionally valuable coins are required to notify us at the time of deposit. In this case, we take out insurance to cover the risk and charge 10% of the value of the coin to pay for this insurance.
Custody period: the laundry keeps the linen for 3 months. After this period, the abandoned linen is offered to institutions.
Dispute: In case of dispute, only the courts of ……. are competent.
